Just
before this often-busy holiday season arrives,
we invite you to give yourself (and/or a loved
one) the gift of a Breema retreat at Gray
Bear. Enjoy the tranquility of Gray Bear combined
with the greater sense of well-being that
comes with practicing Breema.

The
aim of Breema bodywork is to create harmony
and balance between our mind, feelings and
body, and in our relationship to all of life.
Breema also teaches us, through our own experience,
that we best support other people by being
truly present with them. In this retreat,
we use Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony
in both Breema bodywork and self-Breema exercises
to simplify and purify the mind and feelings,
inviting a higher level of consciousness to
participate in our daily activities.
Breema's
joyful atmosphere of non judgment supports
us as we work fully clothed on a padded floor
to learn and practice sequences of tension-relieving
stretches, nurturing touch, and rhythmic movement.
These natural movements are profoundly relaxing
and energizing for both the giver and the
receiver. Breema is appropriate for anyone
interested in a practical way to deepen his
or her relationship to life while nurturing
the body and quieting the mind. All are welcome.
Breema®
is a service mark of The Breema Center.
