"Fresh Beginnings: Spring Yoga Retreat
with Lou Hoyt"

The right time and the right place; sound familiar? With the fresh uplifting energy of spring to inspire us; Lou will gracefully lead us in through this weekend workshop designed to encourage, stir and motivate our practice and our lives. This supportive environment waters the soil for a fresh perspective to unfurl and sprout into life.
We encourage you to treat yourself to this beautiful setting filled with delicious food, saunas, star filled nights, stone hot tubs and uplifting yoga. There will be four yoga classes throughout the retreat. As well as time set aside for massage (several styles available) Watsu, Reiki, hiking, exploring the waterfalls or laying in a hammock with your favorite book. Time to renew. Blending the elegant and rustic, Gray Bear allows time spent in nature to nurture and restore our deepest self.
Gray Bear has become famous for this time of the year as high season for the hundreds of native dogwood trees which burst into life creating floating clouds of white blossoms throughout the forrest. A delight to experience. We’ll see you here....
