Dear Sisters: Our focus this year will be on exploring an even deeper connection with our mother earth and gaining insight on the physical and spiritual responsibilities we share as women.

- Friday evening Native Sweat Lodge A sacred sweat to form our community
- Ceremony of Intent / Journey Session to set our direction for the retreat
- Saturday Night Red Tent Celebration & Goddess Dance" with music, drums & percussion instruments
- Sunday Morning Circle to include discussion on how to take the blessings of the weekend back to your life
